Motive: Create a whole out of fragments

Media: Drawings in watercolours, photographs, newspaper images, iron column, flowers, chair, tv set, video player, documented performance.

Themes: Reality-fantasy. Fragment-whole. Discontinuity-continuity. Sequence. Transition. Expansion. Transformation.

Drawings in watercolour, photographs, newspaper cuttings, are joined together in a manner so that sequences or flows are created out of the transition of one image to the next eventually creating a bigger ensemble out of fragments. The work spreads out in the third dimension as it passes on elements of the space as is an iron column filled with daisies that wither away day by day. A documented performance in which I continue attaching the images on me until I disappear behind them puts my body inside the work. It is projected on a television placed in the center of the work upon the floor and tied up in a chain. 3.80 m. length x 1.80m. height x 1.70m. depth
